A dynamic and results-oriented executive with more than 30 years of experience in systems design, implementation, and project management, Dmitry has consistently delivered successful outcomes. Before joining Cogent People, Dmitry held prominent technical and managerial positions at renowned companies including SBE Group, QSSI/Optum, and Chesapeake System Solutions Inc. Through these roles, he gained invaluable operational insights and developed a profound understanding of the healthcare and IT sectors.
