Mekel fosters a culture of customer focus and satisfaction at Cogent People through exemplary quality and continuous improvement. She leads the company’s process development and implementation efforts, proactively monitoring process compliance and initiating improvement opportunities to ensure standardization across projects and teams and consistency in service delivery.
Mekel brings more than eight years of experience as a quality assurance management professional to Cogent People, with expertise in audit management, document management, and quality control analysis. She has participated in a number of successful Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) and International Organization of Standardization (ISO) appraisals for organizations in the information technology sector.
