He demonstrates his dedication to healthcare IT transformation by fostering a culture of cross-functional collaboration and empowering teams to deliver client-tailored solutions that surpass evolving government requirements and expectations.
Joshua is dedicated to ensuring existing and prospective clients benefit from his lessons learned in supporting the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and other federal health clients. He has managed sizable captures for large firms like General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) and Leidos, navigating the complexities of government procurements and directing the tactical execution of capture and proposal efforts. Early in his career, his volunteer background as an EMT in Baltimore County exposed the incredible need for IT modernizations to drastically improve healthcare quality.
