Raj serves as Cogent People’s visionary leader, establishing the business’s strategic direction and driving both short-term initiatives and long-term growth strategies. Known for his deep understanding of the intricacies and diverse landscapes of the industry, his forward-thinking approach and commitment to excellence are instrumental in propelling the company toward continued success and innovation.  

Raj is a seasoned business leader adept at business development and strategic planning based on 30 years of progressive experience at both federal and commercial agencies, ranging from IT architecture and design, IT strategy, and systems integration, to business administration, risk management, and program and project management. Prior to founding Cogent People, Raj held management and technical roles at companies including QSSI, Satyam Computers, and Overseas Sanmar Financial Limited.
